b|arc started their commission for this 1930’s terraced house after planning permission had already been received and work started with a refresh of the current design. Through careful dialogue with the client we were able to fine tune the proposals to respond better to their particular priorities and lifestyle.

We provided a full pack of tender information with careful development of each aspect of the construction and every junction. This not only ensures the long term robustness of the build but also builds in value and captures the attention to detail suitable for a family creating their long term home. We worked with the contractor through the build to ensure every part was prefect the client got the best value.
